Author Guidelines

RESAM Jurnal Hukum is published 2 (two) times a year in April and October. We accept scientific articles in the form of Conceptual Ideas or Research Results relating to Legal Studies and have never been published in other media with the following conditions :

Manuscripts are typed in Indonesian on A4 paper with a top margin (top) and left (left) of 4 cm each with a bottom margin (bottom) and right (right) 3 cm each, using the font type (font) Times New Roman, font size 12, and space 1.5, the number of pages of the manuscript is at least 15 (fifteen) and a maximum of 20 (twenty) pages, the writing style must refer to the Minister of National Education Regulation Number 46 of 2009 concerning General Guidelines for Indonesian Spelling Enhanced.

 

Systematics of Manuscript Writing must include, Title of Manuscript, Name, and Identity of Author, Abstract (English and Indonesian Language) and accompanied by Keywords, Introduction which contains Background of Problems and Formulation of Problems, Research Methods, Research Results/Discussion, Conclusions, Bibliography.

 

Writing Quotations are written using the footnote system in the order of the name of the author/author (not reversed), year of publication, the title of the book (italicized), publisher, publisher's place/city, and the page quoted is written "p.".

Writing the bibliography is arranged alphabetically with the arrangement of each publicity grouped according to the type of reference.
